Remember: You are buying ounces of HCG not number of days. Some companies will try to sell you a certain amount of “days” in a plan, but you end up with 1 or 2 ounces of HCG and not near enough for the correct dosage. Make sure you are buying the correct dosage of 60 drops per day. It’s important to know that it takes twice the dosage of the injections in order to be effective.
Customer Support is vital – What does customer support have to do with the best HCG drops? A lot! The HCG diet is a very precise diet. When I first started hcg I followed a group on another website (open forum) and they made a lot of changes to the protocol, that round I never stabilized and didn’t know who to turn to for help. I have to say that I completely agree. I found a support group on facebook and that’s been the best thing ever for me. I found a lot of places like to make changes and bend the rules. You know, it just works if you stick to the plan. I lost 40 lbs the first time I tried hcg and I’m hoping to go for another soon. Hi Kelly! I had the same experience! My first attempt at the HCG protocol was awful because there was no support from the company I bought from. It did improve when I found a page on Facebook who was willing to help me with questions even if I didn’t buy from them. The owner even reached out to me late one night when I was near break down. I have since found out that I was taking too few of the HCG drops. Needless to say, I have only ordered from this wonderful company and I never had the same awful experience.

I just finished a round of the low cal diet and am in maintenance… loving this hcg stuff! I can’t even begin to say how often I called my company’s support line. This stuff works if you just stick to it and don’t cheat. I lost over 20 pounds and just over a month ago I wouldn’t have believed I could fit into two pants sizes smaller than then. So greatful!
I can’t believe how many companies sell HCG drops and don’t give out contact information OR show us who is going to be supporting us. I pay good money to lose weight with the HCG drops and I want to know that I will get them form a place that actually helps… its more than customer service, it is support and a coach that helps most.

All I can say is if the website doesn’t have a phone number, DO NOT ORDER! You need to be able to reach someone with your questions when you have them. This is your body and while this plan is healthy, you will have questions.

Hi Gretchen – I know that there are only a few “white fish” that are allowed and broccoli isn’t – maybe someone will list what fish we can have.
Tom – my husband did this diet and did great, they say it is a “no sex” hormone so men do GREAT.
The support is super important I felt like quitting so many times when I first started but with everyone behind me I managed to make it through and I lost 28 pounds!
