Dash ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Put salt and pepper on the chicken and lightly fry in the pan until it’s no longer pink on the outside. This should take about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and garlic, stir, and cook for 2 more minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring it to a simmer, reduce the heat to low and cook until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened. This should take about 15 minutes.
3. Serve immediately. This will make 2 servings.
